LAW PRACTICE

Ken concentrates his practice in business transactions; cable television law; computer, MIS and information technology; condemnation law (eminent domain); construction; employment matters; municipal law; probate, trust and estate administration; real estate; telecommunications; tort litigation; trials and appeals (complex litigation); urban development and tax increment financing. 


After graduating from Washington University School of Law, Ken served as a law clerk to the Honorable James A. Finch, Jr., of the Supreme Court of Missouri.


He is the author of the following articles:

Ken has been active as special counsel to many municipalities in Missouri and Illinois on redevelopment and telecommunications issues. He has delivered seminars to numerous public and private groups at the local and state level on municipal issues.
