Lee concentrates his practice in public utility law, administrative law, estate planning, health care, municipal law, probate, trust and estate administration, real estate and telecommunications law.


Lee’s background at the Missouri Attorney General’s Office, the Missouri Public Service Commission, and extensive public utility practice (including representation of MCI WorldCom) have provided him with the opportunity to brief and argue numerous cases before all of the Courts of Appeals in Missouri, including the Missouri Court of Appeals Eastern and Western Districts, the Missouri Supreme Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has written papers and given lectures in the areas of telecommunications and municipal law throughout the country.
